OUR VISION
A safe, prosperous, and self-reliant Ghana where citizens—especially the
youth—actively defend national interests, uphold civic responsibility, and build
sustainable local enterprises that drive national progress
OUR MISSION
To empower Ghanaian youth to safeguard national security, advocate for responsible
governance, and create sustainable livelihoods through social enterprise, partnerships,
and civic education.
We exist to strengthen Ghana’s internal security, protect our borders from illegal
activities, and build a generation of informed, economically empowered, and patriotic
citizens who shape the nation’s future with integrity and self-determination.
CORE PILLARS & STRATEGIC FOCUS AREAS
PILLAR 1: National Security & Border Advocacy (Primary Mission)
Goal: Safeguard Ghana’s sovereignty and internal stability through policy advocacy,
community education, and institutional collaboration.
Actions:ice, and local assemblies to strengthen community-level intelligence.
● Commission and publish policy papers on the impact of the ECOWAS Free
Movement Treaty and prop
● Lobby Parliament and the Ministry of National Security for stronger enforcement
of immigration and border control policies.
● Collaborate with the Ghana Immigration Service, Polose reforms balancing
national interest with regional cooperation.
● Conduct media and town-hall awareness campaigns on illegal immigration,
cross-border crime, and community vigilance.

PILLAR 2: Youth Economic Empowerment Through Social Enterprise
(Sustainability Engine)
Goal: Build financially self-sustaining models that empower youth and fund community
projects.
Actions:
● Launch youth-led agro-processing, recycling, or tech ventures that reinvest
profits into community development.
● Partner with local entrepreneurs, investors, and diaspora sponsors to establish
PCYA Cooperative Enterprises.
● Train young Ghanaians in vocational skills, entrepreneurship, and business
ethics.
● Create a Youth Investment Fund to provide seed capital for vetted projects
aligned with PCYA’s mission

PILLAR 3: Strategic Partnerships & Coalition Building (Force Multiplier)
Goal: Strengthen PCYA’s national influence and capacity through collaboration and
shared advocacy.
Actions:
● Forge partnerships with diaspora organisations, local NGOs, legal
associations, and youth groups.
● Establish a National Security & Civic Alliance Forum to coordinate joint
campaigns.
● Engage international development partners and think tanks for technical and
policy support.
● Collaborate with chiefs, queen mothers, and traditional councils to build
grassroots legitimacy.

PILLAR 4: Civic Education & Advocacy (Public Voice & Awareness)
Goal: Promote civic awareness, patriotism, and responsible citizenship among
Ghanaian youth.
Actions:
● Establish a Youth Citizen Advice Bureau (YCAB) to offer guidance on legal
rights, civic duties, and constitutional awareness.
● Run low-cost, high-impact campaigns (radio, social media, schools) on “Know
Your Rights, Serve Your Nation.”
● Host targeted seminars on themes such as The ECOWAS Treaty & Our
Community, Youth and Civic Responsibility, and Good Governance in Practice.
● Collaborate with educational institutions to integrate civic leadership modules
into youth programs.
